For your regular ongoing cleaning, feel free to reach out directly to your dedicated cleaning team to make the change.
If your cleaning hasn’t started yet, you can get in touch with our booking office via phone or email. Just remember, cancellations can be sorted out during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
If you’re leaving a cancellation message after hours, no worries! Just keep in mind that our friendly response will be on its way after 8:30 AM the next business day.
