Do you wash the walls or ceilings?

A: You've got it! When it comes to walls, our focus is on giving them that fresh and clean look. We do spot cleaning, which means we'll tackle fingerprints, small marks, and the areas around light switches and handles. However, we don't remove mould from walls, ceilings, or painted surfaces. Please note that our cleaning teams work with a 2-step ladder and can't reach high ceilings. But don't worry, your walls are in good hands!

How do I cancel my cleaning?

We've got you covered if you ever need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning. Here's the lowdown:

For your regular ongoing cleaning, feel free to reach out directly to your dedicated cleaning team to make the change.
If your cleaning hasn't started yet, you can get in touch with our booking office via phone or email. Just remember, cancellations can be sorted out during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
If you're leaving a cancellation message after hours, no worries! Just keep in mind that our friendly response will be on its way after 8:30 AM the next business day.

How is payment organised?

When it comes to payment, we've got you covered! Payments are always settled on the day your clean is done. You can choose to pay by cash or conveniently make an internet transfer directly into your franchisee's account. The best part? All payments are made directly to the franchisee, making it hassle-free for you.

There is limited free parking, is this ok?

You've got it! We kindly request that parking arrangements are made available for our cleaning teams. In cases where parking comes with a fee or the free parking limit is exceeded, no worries – the parking cost will be added as part of the cleaning cost. We're all about making things smooth and hassle-free for you!

What additional services are offered in one-off cleans?

You're in for a treat with our one-off cleaning package! Here's the scoop on the extra magic we sprinkle around:

• We give all woodwork – skirting boards, window frames, and door frames – a refreshing wet wipe
• Inside of all cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and wardrobes get a wipe-down (just remember, cupboards must be empty)
• Walls, doors, light switches, power points, and handles get some special attention with spot cleaning
• Ovens get the star treatment, inside and out
• Rangehoods, fridges – inside and out – get that sparkling touch
• Bathroom exhaust fans and ceiling fans get their moment of shine
• Light fittings can join the clean party too (remember, it's a tag team effort – you remove, we wash!)
• Some windows get that extra sparkle

What are your hourly rates?

When it comes to our rates, we're all about providing you with top-notch value. Our cleaning costs aren't based on hourly rates – we like to keep things simple. Instead, our skilled cleaners focus on making your home shine according to our company standards. You'll always know the exact set price for the job, ensuring that you get the quality service you deserve.

What services are included in a regular clean?

You're in for a treat with our regular cleaning package! Here's what we do to make your home shine:

• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Full clean of all bathrooms
• Thorough clean of the kitchen, including benchtops, stove top, sink, and microwave
• A touch of magic as we dust throughout the house, including windows ledges and skirting boards
• We wave goodbye to cobwebs, making sure they're history
• Mirrors get the royal treatment
• Any internal doors with glass are sparkling clean
• We sweep the front entrance and give that front door some love, cobweb-free
• Furniture gets a vacuum, under cushions, and a fluffy cushion tidy
• We're on venetian dust duty too!
